We are excited we were asked to brew this hop forward, easy drinking pale ale as the official beer for Seattle Beer Week 14. We kept the ABV moderate and the hop additions bright for a beer that will fuel the party all week long. Mosaic, Citra, HBC 586 and Simcoe pack aromas and flavor of citrus, berry and mango.

Attractive clear amber brew with plenty of foam in the Stella goblet. Inviting flowery and fruity scent with pineapple and lemon. Mouthfeel is light with abundant spritz. Flavors of green melon with just enough malty sweetness. Slight bitter note completes the balance. This is totally quaffable and a pleasingly elegant and restrained use of good hops. From the 16 oz can purchased at the local Co-Op market. Dated 05/08/23 on the bottom.
