This beer is for the Dreamers, the "Head in the Clouds" folks and the ones who just want to gather their thoughts above the chaos. It was brewed on a base of 2-Row and Vienna malt with hot side additions of Talus, Vista, Loral and Simcoe Cryo and then dry hopped with Citra Cryo and a touch more Talus.

Can purchased at the brewery dated 7/24/25 consumed one month later on 8/24/25. This is WCIPA perfection. Pours pale yellow, clear in the glass. Great balance of piney, bitter hop notes and citrusy, fruity hope notes. Just enough malt on the palate to back up the bitterness, but not too heavy. This is an outstanding WCIPA in my view and I would certainly seek it out again.

This is the 2024 edition, canned 07/30/24. Pours a clear golden amber with plenty of foam in the Tuborg PIlsner glass. Lovely aroma of peach and melon. Taste is fruity but resiny with just enough malty sweetness. The Talus and Vista hop combination is one I hope to see more of. Overall this is a really friendly and drinkable hoppy brew somewhat lower in alcohol than most IPAs. It's got enough malt and fruit to keep it out of the "session" category. One of my favorite IPAs of the year. From the 16 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station.
