Deep amber color with abundant foam in the goblet. Hugely aromatic with papaya in the lead. Honeysuckle and a whiff of pine. Substantial malty body with moderate sweetness for a powerful hoppy brew. Flavor is reminiscent of white wine, but somehow dosed up with mango, over-ripe canteloupe and tangy berries. This is quite a flavorful and flamboyant stew of hops. From the 16 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station. Dated 06/08/24.
