16oz can of the 2025 Krush release. Label is purple instead of green. Purchased at Bottles, in Millwood, WA, for $5.49. According to the stamp on the bottom of the can, this was canned on October 2, 2025.
Slightly chill-hazed golden amber, with a big, beautiful, creamy looking bone-white head. Tons of lace on the sides of the glass.
Citrusy hop aroma.
Flavor is more complex than the aroma. Citrusy up front, but accompanied by a viniferous, grape-like flavor. Lightly pithy bitterness on the fadeout.
Medium bodied, with a lightly oily mouth feel.
Slightly over a month old, it's still drinking well. Good stuff!

Poured into a Seattle Beer Week pint glass. Pours a light to medium golden amber with a one finger white head with good retention and nice lacing. Aroma of pale malt, dank and fruit hops, catty dankness, light stone and tropical fruit, cantaloupe, light citrus. Flavor is pale malt with a hint of caramel, citrus and mixed fruit hops, orange, grapefruit and mixed light tropical fruit including a little pineapple. Moderate to full citrus bitterness in the finish. Light to moderate creaminess. Another fine single fresh hop. This Krush is apparently the old HBC 586, which I have tasted before, but don't recognize. It has enough citrus with the other mixed fruit to be a fine single hop variety, but obviously would work well with Citra and other WC varieties. Enjoyable.

16oz can (packaged 10/1/2024) into my Seahawks Super Bowl American pint glass. Pours a clear golden straw color with a 1-finger head.
Aroma is full of orange, grapefruit, and tangerine. I can almost picture the juice dripping down my fingers as I peel a fresh Mandarin orange. Just wonderful.
Taste leads off with more grapefruit than orange, like licking the inside of a grapefruit rind. Tons of alpha acids. Tingly, sharp bitterness hits the palate mid-sip. Finish clean and crisp like a good WCIPA.
Mouthfeel is balanced and smooth, borderline creamy. Highly drinkable.
Overall an excellent fresh hop beer that does an excellent job featuring the Krush fresh hops.
