This Northern German-Style Pilsner is a collaboration with our friends and lager legends Lisa Allen and Kevin Daveys from Gold Dot and Heater Allen Brewery. Built on a base of German Pilsner malt, this beer is dry and crisp with a balanced bitterness. We are highlighting Brewers Gold hops with their black currant and stone fruit aromas with a touch of Saaz for spice.
