A supremely refreshing lager brewed with pilsner malt and rice solids for a crisp, refreshing beer experience. For a touch of peach and apricot aroma, we added New Zealand Wai-iti hops in the dry hop and whirlpool.

Crystal clear golden amber with abundant foam in the Troubadour tulip. Complex aroma of grapes, biscuits, and that elusive rice note that makes these so interesting. Tangy but not sharp, the warm cereal flavor is very appealing. Some fruity notes or hops seem like just the right touch to bring a little more complexity to this Lager. This is hugely drinkable and yet another excellent Rice Lager. From the 16 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station. Dated 05/08/25.

I had this beer on-tap in a large pub glass at the Stoup Kenmore taproom.
Appearance: pale yellow hue with a dash of haze and a ton of effervescence. Head is a thick cap of compact eggshell foam.
Smell: light and crispy with a simple malt character. Not bad.
Taste: a light malt character with a lovely crispness and just a dash of bitter hops. It doesn't have some of the less pleasant adjunct flavor that rice sometimes imparts. Solid!
Mouthfeel: light body but a big carbonation and a surprisingly good creaminess for the style.
Overall: light, but super crisp and refreshing. Just what the style should be!
