Dobranoc means good night in Polish-and this beer lives up to the name. Brewed with pilsner malt and touch of flaked corn, it's crisp, golden and dangerously smooth. Light on the palate, strong in spirit, it's a clean, satisfying brew that finishes with a soft farewell-good night indeed.

I had this beer on-tap in an IPA glass at Vulpine Taproom in Lake Forest Park.
Appearance: nice golden hue with a clear body, a ton of effervescence, and a finger of ivory foam atop.
Smell: sweet malt with a little bit of a cidery quality. It's decent, though maybe not totally crisp and clean.
Taste: same sweet malt with a bit of cideriness and a pretty pronounced bitterness at the end. So, similar to the aroma, not too bad.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: I'm not entirely sure what constitutes a "Polish lager", but by the standards of Euro strong lagers, this is pretty good.
