Had this (thank goodness in a small sampler flight). Wolf's Bridge is a local Columbus joint, and we had this at a local C-Bus craft bar. I would bet that the Shadow porter is really good... as this vanilla variant looked really good, and had a very nice, smooth porter mouthfeel to it. However, and my only complaint, is the fact that this was a vanilla bomb. It dominated the nose, took over the taste, etc. I would imagine that the vanilla might mellow out, but it was heavy handed... I wouldn't try it again to find out. If you LOVE vanilla... go for it. If not, try something else.
