I got a can of this beer off the single shelf from my local Giant Eagle store. It poured a clear golden with white head that is not leaving much lace. The scent had gain and biscuit presence. The taste is nicely balanced and easy to drink with bread base and subtle bitter hop bite. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall its a good beer.

Golden amber body; thin, white head, wispy. spicy hop aroma; mint-like; dry sage. Light malt base flavor with a zesty, almost peppery hop presence; not too bitter. Medium body; crisp and mainly dry throughout.
This is a fine and tasty helles lager, nicely balanced and relatively low ABV which makes for an easy drinking experience.

500mL bottle, no date, served in a Rastel glass mug.
Appearance: Clear amber with a thin white persistent head. Some small strands and islands of lacing.
Smell: Malty with a bit of noble hops.
Taste: Very malty, but balanced with the just right amount of noble hop spiciness/bitterness.
Mouthfeel: Nicely thick, light carbonation, with some stickiness on the teeth.
Overall / Drinkability: As you would expect with a Helles - easily drinkable, full flavored, but not powerful. Hits the style nicely, but doesn't stand out in any particular way. Still, quite enjoyable. I need to pair this with food - I think it would pair really well with roast chicken.

From the bomber in a snifter via Savor Growl, This decent helles pours a
nice clear golden straw color with a moderate head of white foam that settles
down to a thin ring, subtle layer, and sparse lacing. Nose of light apple, green grape,
mild breaded malt notes, and subtle spicy hops. Flavors exceed the nose by presentation
with a mild breaded malt note that mingles nicely with an apple and white wine like flavor
that is lightly dashed by honey and herbal hops that linger on the rear. Nice mouth feel;
medium light body, medium low carbonation, and a subtly sweet and lightly dry finish.
Overall, a decent lager but not as sweet as many within the style.
Cheers

Pours brilliantly clear, the perfect shade of golden yellow, with a light foamy bone white head. It recedes completely and leaves minimal lace, and tiny bubbles stream lazily the entire time it's in the glass.
Aromas of uncooked dough, honey, and champagne are met with subtle spicy and grassy hops.
The bready flavor is quickly overtaken by earthiness and spice, then finished with green apple while those hop elements linger on.
A decently carbonated beer, it stands planted on the border of balanced, leaning both to sweet and bitter from sip to sip. It's a bit watery feeling, especially as it warms, but ultimately has a good crisp feel.
Overall, this is a well made Helles lager no matter where it hails from. In a blind taste, I would probably confuse it for a German Helles, minus a touch of sweetness. All that really matters is that I could drink this all day every day. Cheers, and thank you Dave!

Bottle without date that I can see:
Pours on the deeper side of gold, with a fluffy white head that doesn't last too long, and ends in a thin ring with minimal lacing.
Nose is mostly soft bread - with a light toast to the edges. Very light grass note and an estery note, a little like apple.
Taste has a brief hit of that apple, but is immediately enveloped by the bready notes of the malts. The strength of this is nicely surprising, and it's strength overshadows a bit of an increase in toastiness as well. A malty sweetness adds a little heft to an otherwise clean and light beer. A tingling carbonation gets replaced by a light spice that makes up the classic German hop notes in the back of the taste.
A very tasty, fairly refreshing and bold but nicely balanced beer.

500 ml bottle poured into speigelau IPA glass
A: deep gold body with great clarity. Head is creamy white affair that settles to a film.
S: nice floral hops strike you first then a nice deep grain soft sweet doughy bread and light toasted malts
T: nice light honey toasted malts, light nuttiness, doughy breads, a little floral hops
M: medium bodied decent carbonation a little heavier body than some helles but it's nice.
O: This is an amazing Helles Lager. it's got a floral nose with light hints of doughy grains and the taste just fleshes it out more bringing an almost noble hops presence then the grain honey dough toasted malts. the beer works so well it's easy drinking and delicious.
