4 Oz pour on tap
A: Amber brown body with great clarity small head that sits as a film on the glass.
S: Clove, breadiness, banana, a little bit of spice.
T: Starts out like its going to be a lot of banana and clove but then the malts push it down bring out some nice bread and grains notes and then finishes with a little bit of a spicy bitterness.
M: Good carbonation almost too much
O: This is a good dunkelweizen I'd drink this over a Hefe any day its not as sweet and has some nice bready grains characteristics.

From the growler in a snifter. Pours reddish brown with light off white head that settles to a thin ring and light lacing. Nose of smoke, dark malts, dark berries. Flavors exceed the nose lightly with dark berries and smoked malts with light breaded flavors bringing in the rear of the taste. Coating slick mouth feel, low carbonation and a light smokey aftertaste. Decent
