Black with a creamy tan, milky head with a couple of large, outstretched arms on the glass. Blue Milk is N2 the Night on blueberries, so this was on nitro.
Being nitro, this is to be expected, but there is not much on nose but some roasted malt, lactose and chocolate.
Taste is light roast malt, milk chocolate, and toast. The blueberry adds a slight acidic sweetness and maybe the green bite you get from fresh, cold berries, but not a lot of actual blueberry flavor.
Feel is creamy wet mid palate, but dries in finish.
