5oz flight pour
It is a clear deep amber red color with a thin tan head.
It smells a lot like a cinnamon granola bar.
The cinnamon dominates with some oats and a touch of floral hops. The malts are too masked/hidden. If the base amber came through more it would be excellent. Still enjoyed it a lot overall

12 oz pour on tap
A: body is a rich red caramel color with a filmy off white head body has great clarity
S: hoppy cinnamon slightly grainy
T: light floral bitterness interlaced with soft cinnamon. Really has a granola taste to it.
M: medium bodied lighter carbonation
O: this is a pretty solid beer, I'm not usually a fan of ambers but this is nice with the toasted oats and cinnamon.
