22 FL. OZ bottle
Served in a tulip glass
This beer pours a brilliant amber color with burnt orange highlights. It is topped with two inches of tan head that leaves no lacing.
The smell is catty and dank with citrus aromas.
The taste starts out nice and dank with vegetal notes. The citrus seeps through the middle with grapefruit and pine in the finish.
Medium bodied. Silky smooth mouthfeel with low carbonation
This beer is seven days old. I bought it yesterday. What was I thinking holding on to it for a day?! Very good given the advanced age. It has held up well and tastes fresh even being bottled a week ago. Plus it cost a whole $4.99 for a bomber. Keep 'em comin' Wolf's Ridge.
