Pale mostly hazy yellowish-white with a thick, persistent white fluffy blanket dying to a thick collar leaving tall wavy lace.
Quite bitingly sharp of pine, but also soft of biscuit with a filling, soft froth that becomes crisply sharp in the medium-light body that finishes semi-dry with a note of weeds.
