Hop Pink is our new take on IPA. We ferment it hot with Norwegian Kveik yeast, then cool things down with a barrage of Cryo hops. The fermentation adds bright, aromatic notes of orange, while the Cryo hops showcase amplified tropical and floral flavors.

I got a can of this beer off the single shelf from my local Giant Eagle store. It poured a slightly hazy pale golden with white head that is leaving some lace. The scent had tropical fruit puree spearheaded by pineapple and peach. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with pineapple, peach, apricot and other tropical fruit medley presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a solid beer.

Canned on 7/23/21. 12oz can poured into a tulip. Pours a hazy yellowish golden; fluffy white head that fades leaving nice retention and lacing. It looks like your typical "New England IPA". The aromas are on the subtle side. Hints of citrus. Lots of crackers and breads. The flavors are nice. Lots sweet oranges blended with some subtle hints of vanilla cream. More citrus coming through, especially lemon. Some pineapple, peach and apricot in the mix. Some damp grass. Nice hop flavors. Moderate bitterness. Subtle sweetness. Malts do their thing. Finishes juicy. Alcohol basically goes unnoticed. Mouthfeel is medium-bodied with moderate carbonation. It's fluffy, smooth, slightly sharp and slightly creamy.
This is a nice IPA. I don't have much experience with "Voss IPAs", but it has some similar characteristics that you'd find in a "New England IPA". Nice hop flavors. It's enjoyable stuff. I like it.

12 FL OZ can
Served in an IPA glass
This beer pours a turbid yellow hue. It is topped with a few inches of beige head that clings to the glass as it recedes.
The smell is dank, medicinal, citrusy, and tropical.
The taste is dank and medicinal up front with waves of tropical fruit to follow.
Medium bodied with a slightly chalky mouthfeel
I love trying new beers from quality breweries. This was no exception. I really enjoyed it.
