Here's to that invincible bunch. The Ladies Who Brunch! To the bold women who enjoy bold beer, we present our female-brewed tribute to International Women's Day. Featuring maple syrup, coffee, cinnamon, coconut, cacao, vanilla and orange peel. This limited batch was brewed in January 2019 and aged for a year in Watershed bourbon barrels! We're proud to donate a portion of the proceeds from this beer's sales to YWCA Columbus. Let's raise a glass to the women who drink, brew, sell, serve and share beer. Cheers!

Finally... can into snifter. Pours a solid black, tan bubbles and a small head that fades quickly. Lacing hanging around. Smells syrupy and alcoholic. Definitely bourbon and maple, It tastes like a pancake breakfast with a side of coffee. I'm getting an oakey, maple flavor with a dark chocolate/coffee undercurrent. It is full and smooth, sweet up front but easy to drink. Tongue-coating. I think I can get the underlying something-something of orange and vanilla. It's a very nice beer, but that's no surprise here. It all integrates well.

From the 12 oz can in a snifter----this monster pours a coal black with a nice
head of khaki foam that settles to a thick ring, thin wafting layer, and shows
some mighty fine lacing. Nose of bourbon, coconut, vanilla, cream, orange zest,
rich maple, deeply roasted coffee, and earthy malts. Flavors follow the nose
with notes of chocolate orange, cream, dark cocoa, woodsy maple, bourbon,
oak, coffee, toasted coconut, and layered char and roast with dark fruit
accents of blueberry and blackberry. Very nice mouth feel; full body, smooth,
rich, slick, coating, light yet effervescent carbonation, and a balanced roasted
and sweet finish.
Overall---another "wow" beer from a great brewery!
Cheers

Idk why it's so different this time since both servings are sample cans from the brewery but this one is way better. Absolutely wicked, I feel like im drinking those chocolate oranges you have to break on tile to open plus additional flavors making it chewy. Really good

22 ounce bottle, packaged on MAR/02/2020. Served in a snifter, the beer pours dark brown/black with about an inch tan head. Head retention and lacing are both good. I like the aroma, the brew smells like coconut, orange peel, cocoa, coffee, maple, roasted malt and vanilla. Taste is similar the aroma, with coconut, orange peel, cocoa, vanilla, dark bread, bourbon, roasted malt, maple, cinnamon and coffee flavors. I think the coconut and orange peel stand out in both the aroma and taste, but they don't overpower the other flavors. Bourbon character isn't too strong in this. Mouthfeel/body is medium/full, it's coating and easy to drink with a moderate amount of carbonation. I thought this was pretty good, definitely worth picking up if you're into sweeter tasting imperial stouts. $19.99 a bomber.
