From the 12 oz can in a snifter. This unique little brew pours a clear golden with
a nice head of white foam that settles to a thick ring, thin dusty layer, and sports
some nice light lacing. Nose of grapefruit, lemon zest, orange zest, and some
honey malts. Flavors follow the nose with grapefruit zest and pith, lemon zest and
pith, a touch of orange, and honey malts. Mouth feel is medium, medium light
carbonation and a bitter hop finish that is medium dry.
Overall, not one I would try again.

I would call this a session IPA/light IPA. Which is not a bad thing. Very clear drinking beer. Not much head. The lacing is present but not overly so. Nose is very citrusy. Taste is great very drinkable IPA.

Easily the worst session IPA I've ever had in my life. Can was overcarbonated, had a slightly bitter effect but the hop flavors weren't there as they should be for me and the fruit all came together to not taste like specific citrus fruit at all. Idk dude I actually hate this. Maybe it was just that can but this was the worst beer I've had in some time.

Pours a clear golden yellow, minimal head and lacing. Smells bright, sharply citrus, grapefruit and pineapple. Very light feel, but intensely citrus. I almost get lemon as this goes a bit dry, but the grapefruit is prevalent. Maybe a bit one note. It’s an easy sipper, but the citrus profile could be softened a touch.

Poured down glass with minimal head and retention. Color is basic golden, little bit of haze. I was surprised by floral tones and spiciness, pleasantly. Flavor is very complex, some lime, hard to nail down, but really like the underlying spice flavor like clove mixed with ginger or something. I really like this beer, but the name Citrus Surf doesn’t do it justice. Citrusy IPA’s are a dime a dozen, but this is better than that. Definitely recommend if you are looking for something unique. Thumbs up.

I got a can of this beer off the single shelf from my local Giant Eagle store. It poured a clear golden with no head and no lace. The scent had dank fruit notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with tropical fruit presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall its a good beer.
