Single can from Jungle Jim's
Clear golden color with a finger thick head, fair retention.
Subtle hops and slightly sweet, I like it!

The feel is decent, not the best but decent. My main gripe here from this sample can is it's not very crisp, it finishes with this bran flake taste but somewhere in the middle it's got this forest floor dirty vibe that's vaguely gross. This was canned the same time as another reviewer who liked if way more, 1/26/22 but idk. I'd try it again for free but im not into this one.
UPDATE: I did try it again. I love when reps somehow send bullshit cans lol. The one I paid for is boring but tastes like a normal pilsner should, none of that other weirdness

Can dated 1-26-22. Pilsner glass.
A: pours a crystal-clear brassy gold with one thick finger of frothy, bright white head that doesn’t retain nearly as well as I’d hoped, but does leave a little froth across the top of the glass. Shockingly few bubbles rising up. Rings of lacing from every sip.
S: it’s got the smell right, that’s for sure. Spicy, peppery noble hops. Rich, grainy malt. Perhaps ever so slightly buttery.
T: initial arrival is drier than expected, then it turns minerally, then bready malt, but only for a flash, before the buttery note returns followed by a lingering malt sweet/sourness and strong herbal noble hop character. The sweetness arrives late to the party, which is different. All told, a very true-to-style Czech Pilsner, in my opinion.
M: light on the palate, but frothy and mouth-filling. The finish is clean borderline astringent with a lingering hop note. I could actually use a little more carbonation; feels a little flat for the style.
O: this is an excellent take on a Bohemian Pilsner. True to style, if a bit hoppier than I’d prefer for something I’d pair with food. I could definitely see myself buying a six pack of this in early summer. Wolf’s Ridge makes the best lagers in Columbus, hands-down, and does traditional styles better than most others, imho.

Canned on 10/14/21. 12oz can poured into a tulip.
Pours golden with great clarity and transparency; fluffy eggshell white head that fades leaving nice retention and sticky lacing.
The aromas are floral with a touch of citrus. Some crackers and breads. Some malts.
The flavors are clean, crisp and refreshing. There's a nice hop presence giving this one a solid bitterness. Lots of fresh grass. Some black pepper in the mix. More floral and citrus notes. Malts do their thing. Finishes very dry. Alcohol goes unnoticed.
Mouthfeel is very nice. It's on the fuller side of light-bodied with very active carbonation. It's sharp, crisp, spritzy, smooth and easy to drink.
This is a really nice pilsner. "Crispy" is definitely an appropriate name because it's extremely crisp. This would be perfect during the summertime. The craftsmanship is on point. There's a nice hop bitterness to this one, but it stays true to the style. Well done.

I got a can of this beer off the single shelf from my local Giant Eagle store . It poured a clear golden with thin white head that is not leaving any lace. The scent had faint grain notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with saaz hop presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall its a good beer.
