22 oz bomber, born on 7/21/20, poured into a Wolf's Ridge Exotic Origins glass at 55 degrees F:
This is a Cognac Barrel Belgian Quad with Figs and Elderflower
L - very dark with a hazelnut head that left a thick ring
S - Honey, caramel, toffee, cognac, fig, maybe elderflower?
T - fig and caramel on the nose, with a boozy finish, as the beer warms the booziness fades and a honey sweetness emerges to complement it
F - thick and syrupy mouthfeel with a lot of carbonation, boozy on the finish
O - this is a strong beer and it tastes like it, although it mellows a bit as it warms
