Collab with Fat Head's Brewery
When two breweries who respect brewing tradition but also enjoy experimentation come together, what do you do? Brew a classic style, then turn it up to 11! We built a classic Gose with all the requisite spices, salt, and acidity, but opted to add some modern American aroma hops in the kettle and as a dry hop. The result is both familiar and new - whether you're a hop head or a sour fiend.

Continuing to clean out the fridge... and on a Monday, too. Why not. 12 oz. poured into a pokal.
L: Pours a light and clear yellow with a big head of foam, plenty of which clings to the glass.
S: Has a sort of musty, funky aroma. A good mix of lemon, coriander, and hops.
T: Largely lemon and sour, but not in an overwhelming way. I think there is evidence of the other ingredients in a little dry spice on the back end.
F: It's a gose. It's pretty light. It's tart and refreshing.
Yeah, think it's a good example of the style. It's pretty funny to see a gose come out of a collab between a brewery best known for its IPAs and another for its stouts.
