As I clean out my refrigerator, I unfortunately appear to have hit the last can of this collab. Pint poured into a snifter. It pours a nice, dark black, bubbly with about a finger's-worth of khaki head that fades down at a decent clip. It has a significant malty, stout smell with a little strawberry something. I do think the pistachio is there, but I'm not super familiar with that smell. I think it follows the nose pretty well. It's malt-forward, a heavy stout, yes, but achieves the flavors it's going for. Of course - these are two great breweries who do stouts well. Full-bodied, while it is a sweeter stout, it is balanced out pretty well with the bitterness of the chocolate/malt flavor. It finishes sweet and creamy.

Collaboration with Streetside Brewery. Canned 3/12/21. 16oz can poured into a tulip. Pours almost black; khaki head that fades leaving solid retention and lacing. The aromas are malt forward. Some pistachio shells along with some mild hints of strawberry. Some cocoa as well. The aromas slightly open up as it warms. The flavors are on the sweeter side, but not quite cloyingly sweet. More pistachios and nuts coming through. More strawberry and chocolate. Some vanilla in the mix. Once again, it's sweet, but there's a little bitterness going on as well. Strong malt backbone. Subtle warmth in the finish, but it's not hot or boozy at all. Mouthfeel is very nice. It's full-bodied with moderate to low carbonation. It's creamy, velvety, fluffy and smooth.

Nice collaboration. This is a pretty solid imperial stout. It has a solid spumoni vibe. It's sweet and makes for a nice dessert beer. It's rich and decadent. It's enjoyable and fun to drink.
