A - Black pour with toffee colored lacing circling the top.
S - Chocolate roast and cinnamon all done in a subtle way.
T - Roasted chocolate base, light Espresso (ever so light, not much presence), and stronger on the cinnamon. Lingering cinnamon and roast on the back side with a balanced finish.
M - Big medium body with a silky body, low warming on the way down despite the cinnamon and ABV. Leaves a sticky, sugary residue on the lips. Some ABV effervescence permeates up to the sinuses.
O - Not completely sold, don't appreciate how the cinnamon plays in this one and the Espresso is minimal and faded. Much prefer the Coffee Joy variant.

This is definitely my favorite of the variants I've had, super balanced, abv hidden well, the cinnamon isn't overbearing, it's just right. Excellent

Nearly black body topped with a nice head, light tan, thick and creamy. Fine earthy aroma; coffee notes with a bit of chocolate and cocoa. The taste expands on the smell; cinnamon and stronger coffee elements; boozy; bitter chocolate; mildly acrid smoothed out with some good bitterness. Heavy body; soft and velvety; alcohol warmth.
A fine coffee (espresso) stout with a nicely balanced addition of cinnamon added to the mix. Generally balanced with a decent complexity.
Pouring temperature: 46 °F; bottling info: PACKAGED ON 05/03/21
