The pour is dark orange. The taste is pumpkin puree with a light amount of spices, hmmm quite nice. Cheers! B

This is an odd duck. The flavor is very light. Sweet, but not anything that tastes like pumpkin. On the one hand it's certainly a stand out from other pumpkin beers. I'm just not sure how much I like it. Provisional rating is giving it the benefit of the doubt.

I definitely expected better, for the most part I think this place is pretty damn good. It's not a bad beer the pumpkin flavor just comes off as a smidge artificial and there's not much on the nose. Great feel, great base, I'd still drink this again after my pack is done. Just had better.

After reading the description on the can it sounds like the meant for this to have more of a caramel aspect to it so I'm changing the rating a smidge because they did succeed

Canned on 8/26/21. 12oz can poured into a tulip. Pours a glowing amber with some haze; creamy and fluffy khaki head that fades leaving nice retention and sticky lacing. The aromas are malt forward. Some caramel. The spices are pretty subtle. The flavors basically follow the nose for the most part. More caramel along with some cocoa and chocolate. The spices are very subtle in the flavor department as well, but not really in a bad way. Some cinnamon and brown sugar in the finish. Some crackers and fresh bread. Some apples and sweet potatoes in the mix. Low bitterness. Low sweetness. Malts do their thing. Alcohol goes unnoticed. Mouthfeel is medium-bodied with moderate to active carbonation. It's fluffy, smooth, slightly creamy and slightly sharp.

This is a solid pumpkin ale. It's very balanced. If you're looking for a pumpkin ale that isn't heavy on the spices, then this one is definitely for you. It's still solid either way. Not bad at all.
