In winter of 2021 we brewed a collab with Streetside - Marrying each others stout recipes in the process. we each filled barrels with the resuting beer. Over 14 month later, we can finally reap the rewards. The beer wes finished with Ugandan vanilla and coaco from Ecuador and Ghana.

Picture, if you will, a stout. It has a deep brown, black coloring with a finger of mocha head that fades into a ring of bubbles. It smells of a bourbon factory that just had a chocolate spill with a bottle of vanilla thrown in, bobbing on the surface of a liquid mess some poor sap is gonna have to work overtime to clean up. It's malty, toasty, like stretchy caramel. And then you come in and drink it and it tastes just like a piece of candy, warming and chocolatey-caramel with some vanilla added in. It has a buttery candy flavor with a good, rather full and somewhat creamy mouthfeel, minimal carbonation. Then you stumble on home and pass out happy.
