Caramel Macchiato Daybreak

Caramel Macchiato Daybreak is very similar to Phoenix’s Krampus Kandy and Rusty Rail’s Luminous. While it’s a good beer, the other breweries do it better.

Poured a gorgeous crystal clear gold. Tiny white head that vanished quickly. No lacing.

Smelled of coffee, caramel, and sugar. All the aromas were detectable, but faint.

Taste followed the nose, but again, not as strong or prominent as they could/should have been.

Lighter bodied beer. A bit too light. Good carbonation.

Overall: Enjoyable. Very good. But competition makes better versions. on the whole, one of their less successful brews.
