Two rare bourbon barrels, one beer, fourteen months, and a final blend that’s better than the sum of its parts. We aged Dire Wolf in two individual 8-year Willett Family Estate Single Barrel bourbon barrels: “Porch Swing” and “Celebrate Willett.” Over a year of aging imparted warming spice, vanilla and oak characteristics as complex as the barrels and spirits they once housed.
