Two rare bourbon barrels, one beer, fourteen months, and a final blend that’s better than the sum of its parts. We aged Dire Wolf in two individual 8-year Willett Family Estate Single Barrel bourbon barrels: “Porch Swing” and “Celebrate Willett.” Over a year of aging imparted warming spice, vanilla and oak characteristics as complex as the barrels and spirits they once housed.

T - Roasted chocolate, light spice, chocolate / fudge, Bourbon, oak, oak char, and finishes on the boozier side.

M - Really dry on the back of the tongue with warming in the back of the throat.

O - This is pretty darn good and recommended.
