From the 12 oz can in a snifter. This decent little lawn mower brew pours a
chill hazed medium amber with a nice head of white foam that subsides to a
thick ring, thin clumping layer, and sports some light lacing. Nose of herbal hops,
subtle caramel malts, and grassy hops. Flavors follow the nose but surpass with
a decent presentation of herbal hops, grassy hops, light caramel malts, and
faint honey. Mouth feel is medium light, medium light tilting towards
light carbonation, and a bitter hop (grassy and herbal) finish.
Overall, a decent little pale that is more American than English in
mouth feel and bitterness, but still a decent little starter brew.
Working at Ryder in Columbus I waited on Dispatch trucks often on second
shift at the fuel island and they all were good people.
Miss our short and comical conversations back in late 1999 to the early 2000's
prior to going to work in the shop as a mechanic. Good memories.
Cheers

I got a 6pck of cans of this beer from my local Giant Eagle store. It poured a clear copper with thin white head that is not leaving much lace. The scent and taste were old school English pale ale aroma and flavor. Along the same lines as Bass Ale. The mouthfeel was medium in body and had good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.
