From the 12 oz can in a snifter. This solid little imperial pours a dark muddled brown
with a faint head of khaki foam that settles to a dissipating razor thin ring with some
nice legs on a swirl. Nose of bourbon, oak, chocolate, toffee, coffee, roasted nuts, light
spice cake, vanilla, subtle char, and vinous brandy notes. Flavors follow the nose with
some light exceptions. Rich bourbon, toasted coconut, chocolate, toffee, caramel, brown
sugars, vinous brandy, light oak, toasted nuts, subtle char, light spice cake, and brulee
round out a decadent treat. Mouth feel is full, smooth, moderately coating, warming,
faint carbonation, rich, and finishing moderately sweet.
Overall, a stellar brew from one of Ohio's best!
Cheers
