On tap at the brewery in Central City and served in one of those tall sampler glasses. Bright white appearance, hazy, hmmm. Aroma was pretty subtle, maybe there was some wheat going on. Flavor was distinctly soapy, I did not really care for it. I definitely would not order this beer again.

On tap at Dostal Alley poured a hazy gold with a lingering ring of white foam. Aromas of wheat, yeast, coriander and light citrus. Palate was light bodied and smooth with a dry finish. The first sip was pretty good, as was the second. By the third, I was regretting my decision to pass on the orange slice. This beer made switch to root beer.

Sampled at Dostal Alley from tap. Arrived a semi-hazy yellow color with a more sunny color. A slight head when placed but did dissipate to nothing and really no lace to speak of. Could use more hazy.
The nose is light to non-existent. Some minor malt notes but nothing really indicating wheat.
The taste is similar but does have some beer qualities. The taste is mostly generic grain with no really hints of wheat what so ever. There is a watery flavor as well that deters from some of the flavors. This is enhanced with a sudsy taste that every beer that Dostal Alley makes has. Some light yeast notes with a touch of rose like esters. No real hops to speak of.
The body is light with a watery textures. The house sudsy texture doesn't help. The carbonation was low. Overall this is really missing the wheat like flavors, appearance, and aromas.
