L: moderately hazy amber with a light orange tint with stream of bubbles rapidly rising from the bottom of the glass. The pour produces a thin white foam cap that rapidly collapses.
S: mild alcohol, some fruit berry and grape with traces of orange aromas.
T: very spicy palate with nutmeg, berry, fruit, pepper and honey. As it warms the honey and pepper come out more giving the beer a Braggot-like quality. It is mildly sweet throughout.
F: medium body, medium carbonation and it is mildly warming.

22 oz. bottle split with my wife while watching TV on serial killers. No connection.
The pour is light gold, clear, without a lot of life or body. Smells like oranges & sugar water.
Watts Wheat Wine has none of the attributes of a good wheat wine - like, y’know, wheat. Honey & raw sugar commit 2nd degree assault on the palate, & I can almost feel my pancreas quivering. Heavy Glade flowers, medicinal orange, & good god, that sweetness. I can’t finish this.
If you enjoy eating a breakfast of an ounce of milk & nine ounces of C&H Sugar, you’ll love this beer. Me, I value my teeth & hate dentists. TW continues to miss - this is a terrible sweet mess.

22oz bottle from Justdoit1234 (thanks for thinking of me!). Bottled 07/2016. Served in a Barrel and Barley teku.
Pours a bright orange hued yellow with just under two fingers of white head. The foam shrinks slowly, leaving a thin veneer and full collar that imparts some decent sized curtains of lacing.
Smells of coriander, chamomile, orange, wheat and some faint honey. The floral spice adds an interesting counterpoint to the style's standard aroma.
Flavors of floral spiced orange peel, wheat grain, singed caramel, peppercorn, earthy honey, berry seeds, toast and a slightly warming nip of alcohol. I generally do not like chamomile and coriander but they work quite well here. Damned tasty.
Pillowy medium full feel with restrained carbonation. Notes of floral spice, sweet grainy wheat and honey-dipped orange peel create an enjoyable finish.
Tin Whiskers has brewed an in interesting take on my favorite style. The floral spicing is not something I typically want in my beer but it turned out delicious in Watts Wheat Wine. I can see how this would work quite well in a tequila barrel and hope to procure a Phase Shift 01 to put that theory to the test.

Appearance: Clear gold, ok head. Little head retention.
Smell: Lots of honey, spices. It's different, intriguing.
Taste: Taste follows the smell, quite sweet, lots of honey, very floral/perfumy. Minimal bitterness. Amped up Wheatstone Bridge with more sweetness.
Overall: I had this a few times on tap, but found a bottle for review. I like TW's Wheatstone Bridge but this seems to take those flavors and amplify them a little too much, throwing the beer too far to the sweet side. Big honey notes--probably the most honey I've tasted in a beer.

orange and hazy with a white head.
the chamomile takes front stage on this one. honey sweetness at the tail end. hints of orange peel are there in the taste, but i didn't get the coriander as much.
mouth is soft and decently carbonated.
dangerous combination of smooth, mild flavors and well-hidden alcohol (at least until it warms).

Pours a hazy, honey gold colour. Smells slightly sweet and green tea with jasmine. Tastes light overall, sweet honey, fruity, citrus notes, and a light tea finish. Crisp and refreshing.

Brewed for 1st anniversary. Sweet with lots of wheat and fruits. Lemon zest and orange peel. Light alcohol shows. A very nice beer.
