Black in colour, creamy head. Sweet heady fruity maple syrup nose. Creamy mouthful. Sweet milk chocolate upfront, maple syrup body, light blueberry notes at finish. Lighter medium-bodied.

An interesting beer. This one is on cask with additions of maple syrup and blueberries. Cask is a different animal but this was tasty. Although there was no bourbon barrel aging, there was a bit of bourbon barrel flavor, probably attributes to the maple syrup. Didn't get any blueberries. Nice solid sweet stout underneath. Nice beer.
