This beer pours a pale gold with a very large head. The aroma features peaches of all types - peach candy, fresh peaches, and underripe peaches, as well as some cracker grains. The flavor is more geared toward fresh peaches, with a hint of peach candy, and a little cracker malt. The mouthfeel us medium bodied with heady voluminous carbonation. Overall a really tasty beer, with good flavoring and a decent base beer.
