S: Has a rich grain aroma of bread crust and nuts with a hint raisin - no chocolate or toffee. Very low spicy hop aromas
L: Drops copper brown with garnet highlights under a robust beige creamy moderate tan head with good retention. Has a light haze.
T: It starts with soft complex malt flavor with bread crust and mild toast but no burnt toastiness. It is moderately malty but not cloyingly sweet and dries on the finish. The balance is to the malt.
F: It has a medium body and soft mouthfeel and is not heavy or cloying. Carbonation is moderate.
O: This is a big malty lager with rich complex malt flavors and just enough hop bitterness to give it character.
