S: Get some pineapple, banana, tropical fruit and citrus on the nose. Hops lead the aroma but are not grassy or herbaceous. Clean neutral malt aromas in the background.
L: Pours hazy yellow with a faint touch of orange under a robust3” off white to light beige cap with good retention.
T: Layered and complex hop flavors lead following the aroma. Light sweetness up front gives way to a crisp, dry finish. Bitterness in the aftertaste is medium low, alcohol character is there especially in the finish but supports the hops.
F: The beer is juicy, not creamy with medium high carbonation, medium body, and no astringency on the finish.
O: This big juicy beer that is all about the hops and the handling of the hops is why you want to drink this beer.
