S: medium low hops and medium low malt with some cracker notes. Hops and malt are in balance.
L: The beer is bright but not brilliant straw gold under a 2” off white cap. It has a light haze like a Keller beer.
T: Medium high spicy flavor and a floral hop bitterness lead supported by a medium cracker like malt character. The malt supports the hops. The beer is dry with a clean fermentation character. The balance leans to the hops.
F: The body is medium light and the carbonation medium high with a little bit of bite from the carbonation on the finish.
O: This is a moderately complex crisp, clean German Pils that combines flavor with drinkability.
