S: Has a moderate bready wheat aroma lightly scented with banana and citrus and a trace clove and very faint bubble gum.
L: Drops hazy straw gold with a robust off-white cap with fair retention.
T: The flavors start mildly sweet with banana slight edging out clove up front. Bready wheat malt flavors are supportive. Hop bitterness is low,.
F: It has a medium light body with a light spritzy finish.
O: A good middle of the road hefe-weizen that could be a little creamier and have some more banana and clove and more yeast character.
