From a 500 ml bottle. Design is very simple, the cap is pale orange, matching the label. I’ve had a lovely IPA from this company before, but forgot to review.
So Rye IPA, should be good.
Top: forms a generous, 2.5” tall, off-white head which lasts for ages and finally disappears into a big patch of lacing and a ring around the glass inside.
Colour: pure hazy amber, maybe a hint darker. Looks nice.
Smell: lemongrass, pines, peppery rye, some malts in the back. Smells hop forward, Not overly heavy on the nose.
Taste: first is very fresh and citrusy, then spicy, peppery with earthy tones and a decent rye/malty backbone. Hops come forward later changing the whole experience. I like this character, not boring. Very drinkable, doesn’t really show the alcohol content at first, yet doesn’t feel weak, although it’s only 5.1% ABV. Lasting spicy and bitter mouthfeel, no stickiness, lovely. Medium body and crisp, medium carbonation.
Summary: I’d have it again. Spicy, fresh, interesting. Good job!

Reddish brown, not too much foam, off-white colored.
Rye in the smell, then citric notes, light maltiness, grassy notes.
Spicy taste, pepper, good maltiness and again the rye.
The hop rises up in the aftertaste, grassy and earthly, decent long standing.
Maybe a bit watery, but not bad at all.

From cask. Light orange color off-white head. Aroma has some light spicy notes, orange rind, biscuits, also a bit medicinal. Taste is malty, grainy, bready, slightly spicy.

330ml bottle, unfiltered & naturally carbonated, sediment retained in bottle.
L: Dark russet colour, light haze, thin head that disappears quickly.
S: Sweet malt.
T: Rich, malty, slightly sweetwith a pronounced spicy rye flavour and dry finish.
F: Medium body, some stickiness, light carbonation. Becomes increasingly dry over time.
O: Very pleasant, bitter, spicy, rye ale. The rye makes a noticeable impression on both taste and mouthfeel. Great.
