★★★½
Une IPA intéressante
Je ne sais pas si je vais réussir à déguster les 6 produits parce que c'est ce soir que je quitte Letterkenny. Encore une fois, une bière très intéressante et rafraîchissante par cette microbrasserie irlandaise.

500ml bottle from Paul's Off-License, Donegal Town (€3.25):
This one is a very nice IPA from Kinnegar & one that went down easily after opening with some nice tropical fruits that included both mango & apricot. There's some good hop bitterness & plenty of citrus flavours with the sweetness a little light on the nose but present before it started to become more pronounced & noticable with the taste. It was lively & sharp with a dry finish but it was exactly what I'd expect from an American IPA & one I'd happily have again.

a little murky with some carbonation, moderate frothy head, hoppy aroma with pineapple, strong malty, hoppy flavour, packs a punch, hint of citrus and tropical fruit, another fine beer from this brewery, they don't go for fancy labels but the ale is up there with the best.
