440ml Can:
A light but very hazy peach coloured amber with a thin, foamy white head just under 1cm tall that holds great & leaves plenty lacing on the glass. The nose wasn't quite as strong as expected but opens with lemon, pine hops & touches of coconut but it could've been stronger. The taste has the same base with citrus & pine hops, faint coconut & peach with hints of mango to finish but again it wasn't as pronounced as I'd hoped & there's definitely more of an earthiness too it that wasn't the best. The body was medium & very smooth too, making it easy to drink but I was expecting more.

look: three finger white head with good retention, beer is a light amber colour, very hazy, can just about make out some very fast moving carbonation in the beer, lot of sediment rolling around the beer.

smell: really fruity, really juicy, citrus fruit, lot of orange, nice bit of lemon, load of mango, nice bit of vanilla, little bit of honey, a little dank, a grassy, floral quality to it, smells good.

taste: a very good double ipa, mango driven, not massive, still quite strong but not overwhelmingly strong like some beers in the style can be, nice bit of citrus fruit flavour, some vanilla, a lot more of that floral character, herbal, earthy, oaky, pretty dank, bitterness is medium to high, yeah this is good.

feel: medium to full bodied, light to medium carbonation, dense but not too dense, really smooth, little oily, lingering bitterness on the back of the tongue, decent amount of alcohol warmth on the back of the throat.

overall: more great stuff from kinnegar, this is a great beer, one that i am enjoying quite a bit, in a style i don’t care for all that much, good stuff
