A flavorful and aromatic pale ale based on a number of the world's finest hops that give beer notes of grapefruit, mango and a nice crisp bitterness that makes the beer very well suited as a companion to food from the example. Asian cuisine.

Copenhagen 7/5 2017. 50 cl bottle from Den Gamle Købmand, Skt. Annæ Plads, Kbh. K. Drawing of a Bee giving a giant Hop a hug on the label.
Pours hazy orange with white head. Settles as thin almost transparent layer of foam. Thin lacing on the side of the glass.
Aroma is of sweet exotic fruit with loads of bitter citric grapefruit and citrus. Reminds me of a tart fruit juice.
Soft carbonation and slightly thick palate.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by pronounced bitterness. Semi-dry finish.
Very nice APA. Bitter and refreshing at the same time.
