Dark Malt 5%
Impressive by having a big and persistent foam crown. The aroma is very enticing aroma of hops with citrus touch and light chocolate notes. Distinctive with its citrus character, and then a seductive lovely caramel malt and slight taste of dark sweet chocolate.

Copenhagen 15/10 2016. 50 cl bottle from Meny. Chubby and dirty Bear sitting in a beer barrel on the label. A reference to the tag line that this is a "bearlike Brown ale".
Pours clear dark amber with a big off-white head. Lacing on the side of glass. Settles as a 1 cm thick layer of creamy foam covering the surface of the beer.
Aroma is of roasted dark malts, fermented plums, alcohol and autumn. Some sharp sour streak in the background.
Light carbonation and a medium thick palate.
Flavor is prominently sweet with a nice roastiness. Followed by a light citrus sourness/bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet chocolate but not particularly long.
A good one if you got a sweet tooth and like a weird citrus twist.
