A small taste of Munich here in Ontario, this Bavarian style unfiltered hefeweizen has an off white head and a light golden color.
Depending upon the temperature Wing Walker presents aroma notes of malt, yeast, banana, clove, and possibly a hint of spice. The aroma fades into a blend of sweetness and wheat flavor leaving a semidry finish. A true to style weizen served fizzy, crisp, and refreshing.
