A beer for long Seattle summer days
There is nothing quite like summer in the Pacific Northwest… so we designed a beer to pair with those long sun-filled days we all love. We start with a base of white wheat malt, add just a touch of brown malt to infuse some character and then finish it off with pure Whidbey Island honey. The result is a light, low-alcohol, wheaty wonder with a magical nose of honey and just a touch of finishing sweetness.
Not easy to make… but very easy to enjoy!
