Sidepull pour at Nectar, in Kendall Yards, Spokane, WA. Calling it a Bohemian Pilsner for lack of Italian Pilsner as an option.
Yellow-golden amber color, quite clear, and with a big, pillowy white head. Lots of lace.
Soft, floral and slightly crackery nose.
Subtle flavor, more Czech than Italian in flavor. Very light, grassy hop flavor, with a mellow, crackery maltiness on the back end.
Lightly crisp in the mouth feel.
Very mellow, grassy pils flavor. Definitely closer in style to a Czech pils than an "Italian" one, so I'm keeping it designated as the former. Apparently it gets it's name from hops sourced from Slovenia and malts from Italy. Not a flavor bomb, but very easy to drink.
