Here's a beer and brewery I had no idea about until I bought a 4 pack. So we're talking absolutely no bias or preconceived notions going into it.
Pours a feint light yellow, you can see through it, but the clarity isn't the greatest sitting in a Nevada Wolfpack pint glass with Wolfie (80s logo) on the front. 1.5" white head on top. Fluffy. Light grain aroma, light noble hop aroma. Ah ok, this is like a half-helles if you will.
Taste is decent, its like a mild and a helles had a baby. Where it lacks in the full on helles department is the breadiness, this doesn't have the heavier grain feel to it. Session helles perhaps. There is a light residual sweetness to it that is relatively well balanced with the like, four noble hops I believe. The ratios seem to be in order. The mouthfeel is decent if you overlook the breadiness, which is fine, half strength, let's go. We often say it but rarely live it, but some session beers make the world go round.

Pours a clear pale golden color with a nice pile of foam in the Fuller's pint glass. Pleasant aroma of cereal grains. There is a it of sweetness and a light malty taste. Hints of wheat and oat flavors and a distinct touch of hoppy greenery. Plenty of flavor for such a light brew; it reminds me of an English ale with the kiss of hops and the modest alcohol. Highly quaffable and thirst quenching while being "beery" enough. From the 16 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station. Not dated.
