A three-way blend of Pilsner, Vienna, and Munich malts. Heightened with early and late additions of Magnum, Tettnang, and Saphir hops. A hoppier ode to Anton Dreher and Austrian beer history.

Clear amber brew with a glint of copper and plenty of foam in the Maredsous goblet. Grainy aroma with green notes, like spinach. light and sudsy mouthfeel. This is not very sweet at all. Cereal taste with more herbal notes. The overall flavor is just really ususual with something woody, a lemony tang, and something not unpleasant from the swamp. Overall this tastes kind of tired and not a flavor that invites more sipping. From the 16 oz can purchased at Bridge and Tunnel Bottleshop in Astoria. Date not legible.
