Handsome bright golden amber brew with plenty of foam in the Tuborg Pilsner glass. Fresh aroma of green hay and earth. Light body, lively, and sooth on the tongue. Flavors of green apricot, but not so sharp, with a resiny finish and a slight bitterness. I think of alfalfa on a summer day. Overall this is highly quaffable. Not too hoppy or too bitter, but nicely accented with the green stuff. Above average Pils and makes me want to try something from Ladd & Lass Brewing. From the 16 oz can purchased at Town & Country market in Shoreline. No apparent date.
