Had this on 2014-12-13 at the brewery and again on 2017-12-18 from a 1-day old growler.
A - Lightly hazy amber-brown with a tan head with great lace.
S - Cherry, vanilla, dark bread. Inviting.
T - Cola, sweet and sour cherry, cinnamon, orange pith, toasted dark bread, roast and hop bitterness. Starts sweet but some tartness kicks in followed by the bread and spices. It dries nicely with some residual but balanced bitterness.
M - Medium body and light carbonation. Syrupy feel but in no way cloying.
O - Lots of flavors working well together. A perfectly-festive beer for the holidays.
