Had this on 2015-01-03 and again on 2016--10-22 and 2024-02-02 at the brewery

A - Medium amber with a short tan head and very good lace

S - Mild aromas of caramel, citrus/fruit, spruce, tea.

T - Initial burst of tasty sweet caramel and mild roasted grain, floral and herbal. The juniper flavor is evident and not overdone; just enhancing the citrus aspects. Significant grapefruit bitterness begins to scrape the malt flavors away and almost succeeds. Finishes pretty dry.

M - Medium body and carbonation. Smooth, resinous and a tad prickly.

O - Never had a beer like this and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The use of the juniper really works. Well done.
