Had this on 2015-03-28 at the brewery.
From the CKW Facebook page:
"Starting this evening, we will be tapping Michael DeGrace's Saskia, which won the Lancaster Iron Brewer Competition. This is a Gose that was brewed in collaboration with us. A pale German-style, light-bodied wheat beer w/ tart, acidic character, sea salt & coriander 4.9% ABV, 10 IBUs."
It's being offered one time here and at Iron Hill in Lancaster. This is not a CKW brew but it is quite good and it was nice they offered the home brewer the opportunity to brew on their equipment.
My wife and I both enjoyed our pints with our meal today. It's a refreshing beer; accurately reflecting the flavors mentioned above.
